Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the DarssTime platform, an online Arabic and Quran tutoring service provided by Koné Mory.

2. Services

DarssTime offers individual and group Arabic and Quran lessons delivered online via video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet). Free trial lessons last 30 minutes.

3. Registration

Access to the student area requires creating an account with a valid email address. The student is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices, payment terms, cancellation rules and the refund policy are set out in a dedicated document: the Terms of Sale and Refund Policy, available from the site footer and from the Pricing page. That document forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

5. Lateness

If a student is late, the lesson will not be extended beyond its scheduled end time. Unused time is considered lost. In case of repeated lateness, the tutor reserves the right to review the conditions of access to the lesson.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

The rules for cancelling or rescheduling a session are set out in the Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

7. Extended absences and non-payment

The rules applicable in case of an extended absence or non-payment are set out in the Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

8. Waiting list and other tutors

Students on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as a slot becomes available. For students who do not wish to wait, DarssTime may offer other equally qualified and available tutors.

9. Conduct

Students agree to behave respectfully and courteously during lessons. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in account termination.

10. Liability

DarssTime cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to technical issues beyond its control (internet outages, equipment failures).

11. Changes

DarssTime reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change.
