When you create a DarssTime account, we collect: first name, last name, email address, password (encrypted), phone number, country, region and school level. This information is necessary to create the account and organise lessons.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to: manage your account and lesson bookings, calculate the prices applicable to your region, send you reminders and notifications (WhatsApp, email), and track payments.
3. Sharing with third parties
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with technical providers used to operate the service: WhatsApp (lesson notifications and reminders), our email provider, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) used to hold lessons.
4. Security
Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never accessible in plain text. Access to the site is secured via HTTPS.
5. Cookies and local storage
DarssTime uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (authentication token and profile information). This data stays on your device and is removed when you log out.
6. Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, your personal information is removed, except where retention is required for legal or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
8. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated. Any substantial change will be communicated to users by email.
